United States Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–8 business days.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS.
Total Timeframe: Please allow 5–14 business days from the date of purchase for your order to arrive (processing + shipping).
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Items labeled as Preorder take 1–7 business days to process then they are shipped.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–20 business days
You will receive an email notification with tracking updates as soon as your order is shipped.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the full order will ship together when the preorder item is ready (unless stated otherwise).

Preorders: Items labeled as Preorder take 3–5 business days to process before shipping. Once shipped, international delivery takes approximately 2–3 weeks.
Delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control.

Local pickup is available at checkout.
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID when collecting.
Orders should be picked up within 7 days of notification unless other arrangements are made.
